Quality Statement Policy

Dattana International takes pride in its growth. And, we wield our consistent quality product as our
strongest weapon that sets us apart from other companies. Our aim is to operate and maintain the
system which provides documentary evidence that the work has been executed as per the issued
specification. There are instances when modifications are required. But, we ensure that the same are
recorded and approved by the concerned departments, We, as a company, are committed to
applying total quality management systems within our business processes to meet the requirements
of our client.

With the aim of executing the work with adherence to the clients’ requirements and delivering
products that exceed their expectations, we follow the following guidelines –

● Periodic performance evaluation within respective areas. Corrective measures are taken
in case of failure to meet anticipated results to ensure conformity.
● Detailed quality checks include document control, process control, quality checkpoints,
inspection, constant monitoring of work quality with work safety and effective operation
and maintenance management.
● Continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the quality management system through the
use of quality, policy, safety policy, objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and
preventive actions and management review.
